Shipping & Return Policy

  • Order and Pricing

    • We may, in our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. You agree that your order is an offer to buy the Products or services listed in your order. Your receipt of a confirmation from us, however, does not constitute an acceptance of your order; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel your order, we will refund you the full amount paid.

    • We strive to communicate accurate pricing and Product information but will not be held responsible for any pricing, typographical or other errors in such communications. Additionally, we may make changes to any Product or services offered on the online store, or to the applicable prices for any such Products or services, at any time, without notice. The materials on the Stores with respect to Products and services may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update the materials on the Stores with respect to such Products and services.

    • Prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. You can purchase products and services on our website only if you reside in the United States within the fifty US states

  • Shipping; Availability

    • The title of the purchased Products passes to you when the Product is shipped. You acknowledge that shipment or delivery dates may not be available when your order is placed, including, but not limited to, orders for Products with extended lead time. While we work hard to ship out orders as soon as possible, there may be certain circumstances that delay your order, such as low Product availability. If any shipment or delivery dates are provided to you, you agree that all shipment or delivery dates are estimates only and agree that in no event will we be liable for any loss, damage or penalty resulting from any delay in shipment or delivery.

    • Smartology may make partial shipments of your order, to be separately invoiced and paid for when due. Any delay in delivery of any instalment will not relieve you of your obligation to accept the remaining deliveries. Smartology shall not be liable for any failure to ship complete orders or for any shipment delay.

    • At Smartology, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    • Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates are calculated automatically with live rates from USPS directly according to your location and time zone (US only)

    • Shipping Methods:

    • Standard shipping: 3-5 business days

    • Express shipping: 1-2 business days

    • Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

    • Delivery Time:

    • Delivery times vary depending on your location.

    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    • Shipping Restrictions:

    • We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.

    • Tracking Information:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

    • Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Returns & Refunds

    • Unopened Products: Any unopened Product purchased directly from the Stores may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase.

      • Opened Products: Products purchased directly from the Stores that are opened may be returned for a refund subject to the following conditions.

        • Items may only be returned within 14 days of purchase.

        • A 15% restocking fee may be applied.

        • Products are non-refundable if they are damaged, abused or missing any accessories.
